Our breathwork coach offers one-on-one sessions or group sessions of up to 8 people. During the introductory stage, the coach will assess your needs and tailor a specific coaching plan to suit your capabilities. These include breathing exercises, visualisation, energy (chakra) balancing, self-healing and an introduction to mudras.
